I freaking love the Metropolitan Museum of Art, I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that I like it more than the Natural History Museum (go ahead, HATE ME!) simply because I can’t get enough of the ‘arts of Africa, Oceania and the Americas’ section. The way cultures interpret and depict life, humans and their religion is really fascinating to me. I like going to the Met on gloomy days (NYC is full of gloomy days), the exhibits always cheer me up!
